Services are grouped into color, design, extensions, formal styling and waxing. Color ranges from toners and root touchups to all-over color, partial and full foil highlights, and balayage. Design includes heat styling, blowouts and women's haircuts. Extensions cover tape-in and K-tip installs and removals, plus volume weft installs, moveups and removals. Formal work includes updo styling and bridal styling, and waxing covers brows, lips and a brow and lip combo.

A first visit starts with a 15-minute consultation to plan the appointment and the longer-term goals. For color clients, the formula used is recorded so it can be repeated at future visits. Each visit closes with at-home care recommendations and the next appointment being scheduled. Extension services require a consultation before booking, and clients who are unsure what to book can send a request and receive a reply within one business day.

Clients book online. Men's and children's haircuts must be booked directly because availability is limited. Prices depend on hair length and density, so quoted starting prices can change. Extended styling lessons are available for clients who want to learn DIY updos and curling techniques, and amenities are offered to keep clients comfortable while color processes.
