Microneedling is performed only by the doctor, once a month, and nanoneedling can be applied one to two times a week with the AcuLift MicroPen. A four-month course is recommended, with one microneedling and three nanoneedling sessions each month. Sessions begin with topical numbing cream and a whole-body acupuncture treatment, and complimentary skin care products are provided after the first session. The site says results are noticeable about two weeks after treatment, full results appear after one month, and results can last up to 5 years, varying with age and skin type.
