The traditional extension menu is priced as one flat rate for a full set, whatever the style. Styles include Classic, Volume, Hybrid, Wispy, Wet Set and Brown, and the style is chosen during the appointment rather than in advance. Most clients return every two to three weeks for fills. A fill needs at least half of the extensions still in place; otherwise a full set is needed. Sets applied by another artist can be booked as a foreign fill after the studio assesses the existing set, and the studio may recommend removing them for a new full set if they don't meet its requirements.
For color, creative color sets are built from a client's idea or inspiration, using several tones, textures and placements from a collection of more than 250 colors and textures. Pricing is tiered by number of colors and complexity, and an Artist Choice option lets the artist lead the design at a discount; that option is not eligible for fills. MesmerEyes sets start from a soft brown base with tones layered from the client's seasonal color palette, which is determined from a makeup-free selfie sent before the visit. Creative color appointments can run up to five hours.
Beyond lashes, the studio offers semi-permanent lash lifts with an optional tint, brow lamination with optional tint and wax, brow shaping with wax, trim and tweezing, semi-permanent brow and lash tinting, and facial waxing with hard wax for the lip, chin, nose, ears, cheeks or full face (brows excluded). Lash Rehab is a restorative option for damaged natural lashes that may include extension removal, deep conditioning and a growth serum. Weekend Winks are temporary lash segments for a short-term look. Booking requires a nonrefundable reservation fee and a card on file, and changes need 24 hours' notice.
