The menu includes Lived-In Blonding for soft, dimensional color that grows out with little upkeep, Maintenance Blonde for a precision refresh with gloss, haircut and blow-dry, and Signature Face Frame, which adds brightness around the face with a custom money piece and toner. Seamless Color covers roots and grey while refreshing the color, and The Reset is a shorter custom refresh for in-between appointments. Signature Experience combines custom blonding, toner, gloss, haircut and blow-dry. Extension installs can be booked with color.

Changes need 24 or more hours' notice to avoid a fee. With less notice, the salon may charge up to 50 percent of the service price. A missed appointment, or a cancellation made within one hour of the booking, may incur a charge of up to 75 percent. Refunds are not issued, as each service requires considerable time and is tailored to the individual. Clients who are dissatisfied with their result should contact the salon within 48 hours of their appointment, and the salon may offer an adjustment. The salon does not guarantee outcomes, and achieving the intended look can require more than one visit.
