The salon is built around a relaxed, high-end visit, with custom-made furniture and shampoo stations and a comfortable setting for both guests and the people working there.

Color is the salon's main specialty. Stylists work in blonding, brunette balayage, dimensional blonde and brunette, babylights, cowboy copper and lived-in color. Every color transformation and cut is shaped around the guest's personal style and how much upkeep they want to commit to. Hair extensions and modern cuts, including the butterfly cut, are also offered.

New guests complete a new client form so the salon can match them with a stylist who suits their needs. Some services need an in-person consultation before the appointment. Bookings are made online.

Policies are clear and firm. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; cancelling later than that carries a minimum $25 fee charged to the card on file. A no-show also carries a $25 fee, and the guest is then booked on a walk-in basis only. Two reschedules inside the 48-hour window have the same walk-in result. Concerns about a service must be raised within 5 days, with a return visit to the salon for evaluation. Refunds are at the salon's and stylists' discretion, and no refunds are given for damage. Retail products can be returned within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. Stylists may decline any client, and children are only allowed in the salon when receiving a service.

When clients ask about services the salon does not offer, it refers them to stylists outside the salon.
