The salon does not apply one standard service to everyone. The team learns what each client needs and then chooses a method from its range, which covers Mesh Integration, Meshless Integration, K-Tip, I-Tip, Braidless Weft, Tape-In, traditional sew-in and custom hybrid installations. Custom toppers and lace closures are offered for targeted coverage, and a traditional sew-in can be done with a leave-out, a closure or added coverage.

Each appointment starts with a consultation, where a tailored estimate is given before any hair goes in, and related paperwork or waivers are reviewed at that point. When the needed texture, length, amount and shade are already in stock, a same-day fitting may be possible. Completed installations include a take-home care kit.

The extensions are made from 100% Virgin Remy Hair. The salon uses and sells New Era Haircare, a plant-based, sulfate-free line, and sells an LTBHair Extension Masterclass for $119. When hair loss is sudden, severe, painful, inflamed, patchy or unexplained, the salon refers clients to a dermatologist before any coverage service.

The salon describes its method as choosing the service after learning each client's needs, rather than offering one-size-fits-all work.
