Only high-quality human hair extensions are used. Tape-ins are applied throughout the hair to add volume and length and usually take an hour or more. K-tip extensions use a keratin-based bond heat-fused to natural hair, and weft extensions attach silicone-lined beads to natural hair before hair wefts are sewn in. Because K-tip and weft work is planned around each client, both require a consultation first, and pricing for K-tips is set after that visit.

Other services include braids (two to four braids, which can be styled in a chosen style), locs with a wash and re-twist, and a custom Free Style service that recreates a look from a client's photo or idea over about two hours. The salon is appointment only and does not take walk-ins.

Every artist at the salon is a licensed cosmetologist or aesthetician. The business states that it is Bellami-certified in advanced hair extension techniques, including microlinks, tape-ins and K-tips, and some staff hold additional tape-in and microlink certifications.
