The loc menu covers half-head starter locs, comb coil and two-strand starts, retwists with or without a wash, wash-and-retwist visits, repairs, reattachments, extensions, wick work and butterfly or faux locs. Several services, including loc reattachment over ten locs, instant locs and loc repair, require a consultation to be booked first. Crochet maintenance is used to hold loose hair in place and smooth each loc, and instant locs are installed with the crochet method without wax or gel.

Braiding options include knotless braids in several sizes, boho knotless, Fulani styles, tribal braids, natural hair braids, quick weaves and touch-ups. Some braid prices depend on a consultation or vary by size. Twist options include kinky twists in small and medium sizes and two-strand twists on natural hair or with existing locs.

Clients select every service they want when booking and are responsible for the steps listed in each service description. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required from all clients and goes toward the appointment, and deposits are refunded only if the salon cancels or reschedules. The booking page lists a $300 non-refundable deposit for loc extensions or reattachment. An appointment can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours ahead, and cancelling within 24 hours is charged at 100% of the service. A $100 fee applies to no-call, no-shows, and a $20 late fee applies for every 15 minutes late, with appointments canceled after 30 minutes. The salon may decline any service.
