Lozanía Studio offers hair services from consultations, cuts and blowouts to color, highlights, lightening, smoothing and extensions. Waxing covers the eyebrows, upper lip and face.

The studio is run by owner Pati Rodriguez, a hairstylist and Matrix educator. Appointments are booked in advance, as same-day visits are not offered. Hours are Monday from 1 to 7 PM and Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, with the studio closed Friday through Sunday.

Several services begin with a consultation. Corrective color, hair extensions and permanent hair smoothing all require one first, and the $30 consultation fee is applied to the hair appointment that follows. Extensions use Bellami and Halo Couture pieces, placed by tape-in, volume weft, I-Tip or K-Tip method.

Each appointment is reserved for the client who booked it, so children, partners and other family members cannot be added. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment will be rescheduled. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise the visit counts as a no-show. The studio has a strict no-show policy, and one no-show without contact can lead to losing future hair appointments. Appointments may occasionally need to move because the owner travels for Matrix.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The owner states that the studio uses only professional hair products.
