Lowe Plastic Surgery, PLLC operates from its Northwest Expressway office in Oklahoma City. The practice was opened privately in August 2006 by James B. Lowe, who had previously worked in academic surgery at Washington University in St. Louis, and it moved to its current facility in 2010. The practice says its staff combined experience exceeds 50 years in medicine.

Surgical services cover the face, breast, body and hand. Facial procedures include facelift, mini facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, brow lift, chin surgery, rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, otoplasty and facial fat grafting. Breast options include augmentation, lift, implant revision and fat-transfer enhancement. Body procedures include abdominoplasty, mommy makeover, body lift, liposuction, buttock augmentation, gynecomastia treatment, arm lift and thigh lift. Medical services include hand surgery with hospital-based or outpatient options, skin cancer surgery with Mohs reconstruction, and medical weight loss. Non-surgical care includes IPL photofacial, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels discussed during consultation, and a range of injectables.

Consultations begin with getting to know the doctor, talking through the patient's goals, and reviewing the services and specialties that fit. Patients can combine several cosmetic procedures, or combine surgical and non-surgical treatments, in one personalized plan. Virtual consultations are available by Zoom or FaceTime, and telemedicine is offered to new cosmetic patients and to established cosmetic and medical patients. New medical patients using health insurance need a referral before an in-person consultation and cannot use telemedicine for that first visit. Scheduling and consultation fees are non-refundable.

Surgery takes place in the accredited surgical suite within the Oklahoma City office, which the practice calls the Associates Surgery Center (ASCO). The practice describes the suite as a center of excellence designed by a plastic surgeon, and a 3-D tour of the facility is available online. Patients who want to may stay overnight in a private room after surgery. IV sedation and general anesthesia are offered on site.

Financing is available through Cherry monthly plans with 0% APR options, CareCredit for elective cosmetic surgery such as breast augmentation and body contouring, and ALPHAEON monthly payments with a credit line of up to $25,000. The website also has an online shop for skin care products. Staff are not routinely fluent in languages other than English, so patients are encouraged to bring a translator. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 9am to 12pm.
