The menu covers cutting, color, perms, styling and treatments. Color runs from toning and demi-permanent color through partial weaves, baby lights, full weaves, foiled and painted balayage, and ombre, along with a chemical-free color option and corrective color. Haircuts can be booked alone or with a blow dry, and add-ons include a braid or a flat iron or curling iron finish.
Longer services include an Ancient Japanese head spa treatment that uses Milbon and Milbon Gold products with scalp exfoliation, serums, a steam cap and scalp massage. The studio also offers Liscio Japanese straightening, a thio-based process that uses heat and can be adjusted to how much curl a client wants to keep. Deep conditioning, K-18 treatments, special occasion styling and wig work round out the menu.
Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to a 50% service charge, though the fee is waived if a client is not feeling well. If a client is not completely satisfied with a service, they should contact the studio within one week so the issue can be remedied. In-stock products can be picked up at the studio without contact or shipped, with requests sent by email or text.
The studio leans toward natural, gentler formulas, such as sulfate-free shampoo and a non-ammonia color, and offers a chemical-free color option.
