Each appointment is tailored to the client, with the aim of leaving them looking and feeling their best. Clients unsure where to start can book a Hair Color Consultation by text message at no charge; the 15-minute conversation covers hair condition, color goals, upkeep, budget and process. Color appointments receive a message from the salon the day before with extra details.
Clients confirm their appointment in the booking system, and deposits range from $10 to $50 depending on the service. Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice. If a client is running late, they should let the salon know; after a 15-minute grace period the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is lost. A no-call, no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment is charged 25% of the service total.
The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, closed Friday, and open Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Visitors can send a question through the contact page, which reaches Emilia Haro by email.
