The studio keeps evening hours Tuesday through Friday, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

On the brow side, clients can choose a basic wax, a wax with tint, or a brow lamination combined with tint and wax. The lamination takes about an hour and a half and is said to last up to six weeks, while the wax with tint is said to last two to three weeks. Hair removal includes lip waxing and thread hair removal.

Lash services include bottom lash extensions, which are semi-permanent and applied to the lower natural lashes one at a time, along with lash removal, a lash lifting and keratin treatment, and a range of full sets. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, and their cost depends on how many lashes need replacing. A 30-minute refill is available as a touch-up between full refills.
