Loveaux Nail & Wax Studio is a woman-owned studio run by a sole practitioner, and it serves one client at a time. It is located in Studio 39 inside Sola Salons at 1133 B East West Hwy in Silver Spring, next to the Veridian Apartments. Parking is available in the Atlantic Public Parking Garage next door, where weekday visitors get the first hour free with a validated ticket and weekend parking is complimentary with validation.

Every service is booked by appointment only, through Booksy rather than by phone, text or social media. New customers complete a phone consultation before they can book, and a valid credit card is needed to reserve a time; cash and card are both accepted at the visit. New enhancement clients send a photo of their nails so the studio can set the appointment length. Children and extra guests who are not being serviced are not permitted in the studio, and the studio asks that video recording of services be cleared with the owner first.

The menu covers manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements and add-ons such as nail art, nail repair and shaping, along with body, face and bikini waxing. The studio says its Gel Manicure is its most popular manicure and its Brazilian wax is its most popular wax service. Brazilian waxing has separate pricing for first-time guests, who receive a consultation, and for existing clients who return roughly every four weeks or more. Students with a valid, current high school or college ID receive student pricing on select services.

The studio also travels for parties, bridal parties, graduations, prom, and for clients who are homebound or live in care facilities. Mobile services require a non-refundable deposit and a travel fee, and individual services should be booked at least one week ahead, with spa parties booked three to four weeks in advance. The studio also runs a private, one-on-one Brazilian waxing workshop for licensed professionals and students in accredited cosmetology or aesthetics programs. The four-hour workshop costs $550 and includes a certificate of completion and workbook, and registration requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The studio works with one client at a time, by appointment only, with each visit kept private and individual.
