The facial menu includes a basic facial with exfoliation, optional extractions, facial massage and products chosen for skin type; a dermaplaning facial that removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz; anti-aging facials in two options; and microchanneling facials done with the Procell Microchanneling Machine and a human growth factor serum that the business describes as derived from the bone marrow of young athletes.

First-time clients are asked to book a free 15-minute consultation covering skin concerns, contraindications, daily routine and aftercare. Bookings are made through the online booking page. A $50 deposit applies to the Basic and Dermaplaning facials and a $15 deposit to Tier 3 and Tier 4 nail art. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, carry a 15% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Nail repairs are free if a chip, crack, fall or break happens within a week of the nail service; repairs are not offered after that. Freestyle Nails let the nail tech choose the design while the client picks the length in acrylic, soft gel or Gel-X, though they are not offered to clients who already have a specific design in mind.

Facial visits begin with a free consultation for first-time clients, covering skin concerns, contraindications, daily routine and aftercare before any treatment.
