Pricing follows a stylist level system, running from New Talent Stylist up to Master Level Stylist, so the cost of a service depends on the stylist chosen. Not every stylist level or service is offered at both locations. New guests can book a free cut and or color consultation to talk through style, color and pricing before booking. Extra time or product use may add charges, which the stylist goes over at that consultation.

Clients can book online, and gift cards are sold. A deposit is required for larger services and is applied to the final bill at checkout. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice for any change to an appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours make the deposit non-refundable, rescheduling requires prepayment, and no-shows are charged the full cost of the scheduled services.
