The aim is hair that looks and feels like the client's own, with a setting that suits that goal. Lived-in blonde clients often stretch 8 to 16 weeks between visits, and most color and blonding appointments take 2 to 4 hours, so visits are planned with time to spare.

Appointments are booked online through the booking link and are for the booked client only, with no additional guests, including children. A card on file is required to book. New clients are advised to start with Custom Color or a consultation, and color corrections are booked after a consultation first. A free virtual consultation form is available, and in-person consultations can be arranged before a first appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday and Friday and Saturday with shorter days, with Saturday listed as every other Saturday on the contact page. Parking is in front of or behind the building, and there is a back entrance.

Policies are straightforward: cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations may carry a fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service or lead to cancellation with a full fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.

Extension clients have their own path. Extensions are offered as tape-in and hand-tied wefts using Philocaly Hair, and an in-person consultation is required before the first extension appointment. Every extension set comes with a 6-month warranty, and maintenance is recommended every 6 to 8 weeks.

Work is built around restraint and respect for the hair a client already has, with a detailed conversation before each service about hair history, water, routine, and what easy means to them.
