Every visit starts with a consultation for new guests and for returning guests making a significant color change. During that conversation Beth talks through the client's goals, evaluates their hair, and builds a customized plan. Color consultations are complimentary. Extension consultations cost $45; that fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward the installation if the client goes ahead.
Extensions are a major focus. The studio offers Hand-Tied, Volume Weft, Sew-In, and I-Tip methods, and uses IBE Method extensions, which are applied without glue or tape. Extension services require an in-person consultation before booking and a 50% deposit taken after that consultation. Submitting an Extension Consultation Request does not guarantee an appointment; responses come within 72 business hours. The studio may decline maintenance on extensions that were installed elsewhere.
Practical details: clients should arrive with clean, dry hair and remove clip-in extensions, wigs, braids, or hairpieces beforehand. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may need their service adjusted or rescheduled. Children who are not receiving services need childcare arranged, and extra guests are limited because of space. Other services need no deposit, but a card is kept on file. The studio accepts credit and debit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay, and gratuity is appreciated but not expected. Complimentary WiFi is available, and packages for select services are listed on the booking page.
Each new guest and each big color change starts with a consultation to set goals, evaluate the hair, and create a customized plan, guided by the belief that beauty has no limits.
