New clients often start with the New Client Facial, a 60-minute treatment at $100 that begins with a skin analysis, a double cleanse and gentle exfoliation, then a customized mask and either LED or high-frequency treatment, with home-care recommendations at the end. It requires a $25 deposit. Facial consultations, in person or online, cost $30 and run 30 minutes. Facials range from an Acne Back Facial at $75 to Bio X Microchanneling at $400, with mid-range options such as the Hydro Facial, which starts at $150 and runs 90 minutes or more. The Advanced Corrective Facial is $250 for 70 minutes and requires a $65 deposit; the business says it is best for deep pit scarring and that multiple sessions give the best results. Peels include BioRePeel, from $225 for a single session or $800 for four, and the Deep Sea Green Peel at $250 for 90 minutes, which the business describes as a spicule-based resurfacing peel.

Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, bikini and Brazilian areas, and full body work; a full body wax runs 130 minutes from $300 with a $25 deposit. Brazilian Wax Wednesday is $55 on Wednesdays. The Vagical is a 45-minute intimate-area facial at $70 that does not include waxing, and the business says it helps prevent ingrowns and lighten the skin. Brow services combine waxing, tinting, shaping and lamination, and the business says its eyebrow lamination and tint lasts up to 6 to 8 weeks. Lash services include lifts, fills, full sets, cluster sets and removal.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, cupping, hot stone, assisted stretching, couples and on-site corporate chair massage. Infrared sauna sessions use a six-light sauna and are sold as packages of four or five sessions. The Wellness Reserve is a $500 massage prepayment with a $400 deposit and no expiration date.

Hours are Monday 2 PM to 7:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2:30 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Changes ask for at least 72 hours' notice to avoid charges; shorter notice carries a 40% charge of the service fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows carry 50%. Gift certificates can be used for any service, are valid for one month, and are picked up at the studio. Product pick-up appointments are offered at no charge.

Treatments are offered as standard menus and as customized options, such as the Custom Facial, the customized mask in the New Client Facial, and a customized skin prep plan included in the Bridal Package.
