New clients begin with a 15-minute skin consultation. First-time facial clients also get a skin analysis with the Image Reveal Camera, and the visit ends with a treatment and a personalized home care plan. A 15-minute consultation can be booked on its own once per client, and a short face-time video consultation by phone is also offered.

The facial menu includes HydraFacial in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions, with the Deluxe adding boosters for concerns like dryness, acne, and fine lines, and the Platinum starting with lymphatic drainage and adding LED light therapy. The Glo2 line has several facials aimed at different skin needs, and plus versions add dermaplaning or radio frequency skin tightening. Microneedling is offered on the face, the neck, or both.
