Bookings are taken one month at a time and typically open around the 25th of the month before, so appointments cannot be reserved two or three months ahead. Same-day openings are requested by text.
Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service price. The rest is paid in cash on the day. Guests, children and pets are not permitted at appointments.
One-on-one training is a separate option in which the student works on a live model. The student brings their own model, or can ask for one at least 48 hours ahead for a $50 fee, which goes straight to the model rather than the instructor. Training models should arrive with ungroomed brows, and only the student and the model may be in the room.
Rescheduling is allowed once and must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment, with the new date falling within 30 days of the original. Changes inside 24 hours cancel the booking, and a new one must be made online. Missed appointments without a call are charged the full service price.
