Lotus Skin Works combines therapeutic massage with facial treatments under a holistic approach to wellness. Appointments are booked online through Square, and clients can also reach the business by phone or text at 602-842-4722, with replies usually within 24 to 48 hours.

The facial menu covers a custom welcome session, custom facials, acne and rosacea treatments, back facials and dermaplaning. Custom facials are planned around a client's skin type, goals and sensitivities. The intuitive touch facial is adjusted to the client's skin condition and to any recommendations from their doctor.

Massage options run from a 60-minute Synergy Wellness Massage to a two-hour custom session where three add-ons are picked on arrival, such as cupping, aromatherapy, gua sha, dry brushing or facial ice globes. Enhancements such as high frequency, red light therapy, a hydrojelly mask and hand or foot treatments can be added to most visits, and packages in 6 and 12 session formats are available.

The salon belongs to Associated Skin Care Professionals. According to the salon, ASCP members are checked to confirm they meet their state's licensing credentials and/or core training requirements. Retail products are vegan and come from Mad Hippie, Rethink Oil and O Skin Love, with a selection of vegan items from Esthimax and Skin script. Some masks contain honey. Clients who want non-vegan masks left out of future treatments can say so in the booking comments.
