Hair color is a major part of the menu, from eyebrow coloring and gray blending for men to foil highlighting, balayage, all-over color and fashion vivid color. Haircuts cover children, men, women and curly hair, and formal styling and bridal styling and travel are also offered. Treatments address blonde restoring, chlorine and hard or well water buildup, moisture and protein, split ends and scalp analysis. Keratin smoothing and perms are available as well.

Nail services include manicures, pedicures and polish changes, and a hydrate mask can be added to any of them. Waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, cheeks, neck, ears, nose and feet for women and men. Individual massage sessions and packages are booked directly with Shawn Cassady.

Clients book by phone with the team member they choose; appointments are not made by email. Complimentary consultations are offered for hair color and haircut services. Prices may vary by stylist, and extra charges may apply based on hair length, thickness or added product. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments without that notice carry a 50% fee. Services booked but not completed during an appointment are charged at 50%. The salon also rents hair stylist chairs and private treatment rooms.
