Audrey Enayat opened the practice in 2005 as a sole practitioner, after running her own skincare business in Pacific Palisades from 1994 to 2004. The studio serves men, women and teens of all ages. Clients come from nearby neighborhoods such as Venice, Culver City, Brentwood and Santa Monica, and some travel from as far as New York.

The studio's focus is skin health and cleanliness, with extraction-centered facials at the core. It suggests regular facials as part of ordinary grooming and hygiene, roughly once a month or every two months. Visits are one-on-one. Appointments are held with a deposit paid by Zelle, Venmo or PayPal, with the balance paid on the day of treatment. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. The studio is open Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday.

Peel options include the Express Face Green Peel (about one hour, $350), the Upper Back Green Peel (about 1 hour 30 minutes, $450), and the Green Peel Classic (about 1 hour 30 minutes, $650), with a three-session Classic series listed at $1,465, 25% off. Green Peel is described by the studio as a herbal, plant-based biological peel developed by Dr. Christine Schrammek-Drusio. The Cosmelan Peel ($1,100, about 1 hour 15 minutes) is a two-step treatment: a mask applied in the studio followed by a home care routine, developed by Mesoestetic for melasma, sun spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Extraction facials, back and body extraction facials, microdermabrasion and dermaplaning are each offered in 60-minute ($195) and 90-minute ($225) versions. Cosmetic skin growth treatment is priced by the number, size and location of growths and set at the appointment, with a $125 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final cost. Clients can text a clear photo to request an estimate before booking. The studio asks that new, changing, unusual, irritated or bleeding growths first be checked by a physician or dermatologist. Teens with acne can book deep cleansing with extractions or acne facials, and Spanish-speaking clients can text or email in Spanish, with translation tools used to answer questions and book. The studio also offers a two-day one-on-one advanced extraction training for licensed nurses and estheticians, covering extractions, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, skin tag removal and cholesterol deposit removal, with hands-on practice on five to eight models and a certificate issued two weeks after the course.
