The facial menu runs from quick express treatments to longer signature and specialty facials. The DermaRenewal Microdermabrasion/Oxygen Facial is 75 minutes at $210 and combines microdermabrasion, oxygen, extractions and massage. The Acne Buster is also 75 minutes at $210 and suits occasional breakouts or minimal acne, with extractions and high frequency. Redness Relief is a 70-minute facial at $210 for redness and red tones, using enzyme exfoliation, extractions and a cryogenic mask. The DermaRenewal Deluxe is a 90-minute facial at $260 that adds Epi-Infusion and a cryogenic healing jelly mask, and the business describes it as its top facial. The WOW Factor is a specialty facial built around a cryogenic mask with spirulina, edelweiss and algae, which the business says is a client favorite. Medical-grade facial oxygen is included in most facials.

The Face Reality program is the practice's acne-focused track. The Acne Boot Camp is a package of six treatments at $750, saving $60, or $900 with LED, saving $90. The program starts with a virtual initial consult at $150 or an initial consultation with first treatment at $250 for a limited time, where the regular price is $275. Virtual follow-ups are $60, in-person follow-ups are $135, and follow-ups with LED are $165. Back-only and chest-only follow-ups are $150 and $135. The initial product purchase for the program averages $200 before tax. The business says results can take three to six months and depend on following the home care routine and attending regular treatments. It also states the Acne Boot Camp has a 90% success rate for clearing skin in three to four months, depending on acne type, and describes the Face Reality program as award winning.

Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. Changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the appointment value, and no-shows are charged the full value. Facial packages and gift certificates are available.
