Lorraine M Hair is a studio in Chino, set in a suite inside Elite Boutique Salon. It sits on the north side of the Ramona Avenue and Norte Lane intersection, facing a McDonald's restaurant. The studio's work concentrates on two areas: hair color and cuts for curly hair, and owner Lorraine Martinez does both.

Color here is built for easy upkeep. Signature Balayage is a full blonding service for a lighter overall tone or a low-maintenance blonde, and Partial Balayage refreshes or brightens an existing balayage. Both use a root melt and gloss, plus a B3 treatment. Color Balance is a full roots-to-ends service with a shine gloss and blow-dry finish, while Partial Highlights add minimal or face-framing lightness and Root Color Retouch covers only the regrowth. Signature Balayage usually takes about four to six hours, and Color Balance about two hours fifteen minutes.

The Curly Cut is a dedicated haircut for curly hair that includes a detox shampoo, guidance on styling curls and home care recommendations, and takes about an hour and a half. The Haircut.Style service is a personalized cut with shampoo and blow dry, priced by length and density, and is not offered to new guests as a stand-alone booking. Hair Lamination is a semi-permanent shine treatment that lasts up to six weeks. Practical details: new guests booking directly complete an online consultation form within 48 hours to confirm. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, with a $25 fee per service for shorter notice. No-shows are asked to pay a deposit of 50% of their next service. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Cut or color issues reported within seven days are corrected at no added charge. Children are not permitted at appointments. Cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are accepted, and tipping is welcome but not expected.
