Craft. Hair Studio is located at 4200 Chino Hills Parkway in Chino Hills, California. Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius booking page. Hours run Tuesday through Saturday: Tuesday noon to 6pm, Wednesday 10am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm. Thursday and Monday are by request, and the studio is closed on Sundays.

The studio's online shop carries sustainable haircare and other curated goods, including fragrance and perfume oils, LuLu Organics hair oil and hair powder, and vintage clothing and accessories. Some shop links lead to third-party retailers, Cult & King, GM Reverie and Verb & More.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available both in person and for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment. Shop returns are accepted in sellable condition within 30 days, in original packaging, with the buyer paying return shipping. Beauty, haircare, fragrance, personal care, gift cards, consumables, visibly worn items and vintage clothing cannot be returned and are final sale. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days via FedEx or USPS, not to P.O. boxes. Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery, and store credit is offered if an item sells out.
