The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 2 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Online booking takes a deposit: $20 for the Korean lash lift and tint, $30 for a specialty refill and $50 for a wispy or specialty set. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The lash menu covers classic, volume, mixed, wet and mega volume fullsets, along with refills, extended refills, outside fills, a lash refill upgrade and lash removal. A specialty refill is priced at $105 and takes 75 minutes. The Korean lash lift and tint is $120 and takes 60 minutes; it lifts natural lashes and sets a curl that lasts for weeks, without extensions. The wispy or specialty set is $220 and takes 120 minutes, and covers textured, wispy and other specialty styles that need added skill. The business says each of its team lash technicians has more than three years of experience.

Brow services include brow lamination with wax, brow sculpting wax, brow tint, brow wax with tint, a full brow sculpt combining lamination, wax and tint, and brow maintenance for lamination clients. Waxing is offered for the back, chin, full arm, full leg, half leg, lip and underarm.

Training is one-on-one, so each student gets individual attention. Mentorship calls are held on Mondays and last one hour. The total cost of a call is $115, and a $40 deposit goes toward it. The business says its best measure of success is how well students apply what they learn after training.
