The setting is described as clinical and private, and guests are not allowed at appointments. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oils or residue around the eyes, and to avoid caffeine or stimulants beforehand.

Extension options run from classic and natural sets to hybrid, wet, volume and mega volume styles, with volume sets built from hand-made fans of lightweight extensions. The menu also covers Korean lash lifts, lash tints, henna and hybrid brow tints, brow sculpting, brow lamination, threading, waxing and a one-hour head spa. The salon runs a lash certification course with one-on-one training, mannequin and live model practice, a lash manual and ongoing mentorship, and students receive a discount on the salon's lash products.

Booking requires a credit card to secure an appointment, and appointments must be confirmed 24 hours ahead. New clients booking full sets pay a non-refundable $50 deposit that is applied at checkout. Arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the appointment and is charged at 50% of the service, and cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice.

Each extension set is customized to complement the client's natural lashes, with a stated aim of preserving lash health and longevity. The salon describes its goal as making its treatments effective, safe and affordable.
