The spa describes its services as professional-grade natural skincare and says its aim is to pair spa services with skincare products built around results. Its approach to skin correction also looks beyond the treatment room to diet, water intake, vitamins and gut health. Clients are asked to use SPF every day and keep up a personalized home routine.

Services must be booked in advance, except permanent jewelry, which is available during weekly operations. Walk-ins are accepted for all services on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The spa prefers clients to reach it by text rather than phone, and replies can take up to 72 hours. New clients should arrive 5 minutes early. A 10% minimum service charge applies to services by all staff and appears as gratuity on invoices and at booking. Deposits are non-refundable and count toward the balance. The in-house Skin on Beam line is hand poured at the company's warehouse in Plano. The Hydrating Cleanser is a non-foaming cream that also removes makeup, made for dry, sensitive or acne-prone skin, with green tea extract, sold in a 4 oz airless bottle and listed at $19.96. The Healing Serum (CBD) is listed at $36.96. Online orders receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once processed, and gift certificates are available.
