Weddings are the core of the business. Bridal packages cover hair, makeup or both, and popular dates are often booked a year ahead, especially from May through November. A date is secured with a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of half the total services, and the remaining balance is due a week before the wedding. A day rate is available, and clients receive a day-of schedule roughly a week to ten days beforehand.

Before the wedding, brides book a trial at the home studio. Makeup trials run about two hours and hair trials one to two hours, with a snack and beverage included. The trial includes a scalp massage, a skincare session with face and scalp massage, and a customized foundation. The business uses RCMA cream foundation, which is plant based, does not clog pores, and comes in light, medium or full coverage.

Photoshoot work covers boudoir, pregnancy shoots, professional headshots and portraits. Classes include an Everyday Look makeup class at $250 and a Bridal Look DIY makeup class at $300, both available virtually or in person at the Waldorf studio. Men's grooming at $50 may include beard and eyebrow trimming or a no-makeup makeup look.

Hygiene practices are part of the routine. The business describes its sanitation as the best in place for events.
