Haircuts come in several levels: a basic cut of about 30 minutes, a specialty cut including a signature haircut at about 40 minutes, and family cuts for two to four people booked at the same time, about an hour. Prices for the cuts vary. Families booking together are asked to write each person's name in the booking note so enough time is reserved.

Color work includes highlights, lowlights, balayage, a halo highlight that is worked around the outer hairline, the nape and the money piece, and color touch-ups. Color correction strips all pigment before new color goes on and can include stripping ahead of a fun color. Brazilian Blowout and extensions are longer appointments, running about five and four hours.

For special occasions the salon offers updos and a bridal party package, which requires a $100 deposit to reserve a date. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $25, $50, $100 or $500, or in a custom amount.
