Hair sourcing depends on the style. Several boho and gypsy styles do not include hair in the price, and many of them expect clients to bring their own human hair. Some styles, such as the small island twist, include the hair. For Miracle knots, clients can bring their own hair or have the salon provide it. The mini twist with human hair uses hair sourced from QVR, which is not included in the price. Color options listed include 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30 and 350.

The salon also offers a braid take-down, a touch-up appointment (no price listed), and two training options: a one-on-one two-day braiding class for $500 and a one-on-one knotless class for $500. Appointments are made online.

Hair sourcing is flexible and set by style, with clients either bringing their own hair or having the salon provide it where offered.
