Brow services range from a quick 15-minute shaping to a Signature Brow Combo that pairs lamination, a tint and waxing in about an hour. Lash tinting is also offered for clients who want darker lashes without mascara, and a Korean lash lift is available with or without tint.

Facials run from a 30-minute Express Glow to a Signature HydroFacial of about an hour, which includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, serums, an enzyme mask, LED light therapy, neck and shoulder massage and cryotherapy. The New Client Customized Facial begins with a skin analysis and consultation. Teeth whitening options range from a 20-minute mini touch-up to a 60-minute Deluxe Whitening, and touch-up whitening must be booked within six weeks of a full session. Waxing is available for small areas such as the lip, chin, sideburns and underarms. Luxury custom spray tanning is listed at a location outside these Louisville addresses.

Online booking requires at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day appointments are not offered. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup. New clients are recommended to do a patch test at least 24 hours before lash, brow tint, brow lamination or microblading work. Infills are recommended every two to three weeks and are accepted up to four weeks after the last visit; longer gaps are charged as a full set. Lash and brow treatments are guaranteed for six days if aftercare was followed and the salon is contacted within that time. Cancelling or rescheduling under 24 hours before an appointment, or a no-show, incurs a fee of half the service price, payable before rebooking. Late arrivals are charged full price and the appointment still ends at its scheduled time. Text or email is the preferred contact method, and first-time clients receive $10 off the first full lash set and $10 off the first fill when both are booked.
