Lash sets are planned individually around each client's natural lashes, eye shape and chosen look, ranging from soft and natural to full and glamorous. Set times run from about two hours to three and a half hours, and fills are offered at several levels of volume. Clear lash adhesive was developed for the brow-extension system and the business says it holds six to eight or more weeks of retention. New clients are asked to complete the forms on the website before their first appointment.

Powder brows are typically completed in two sessions, with a refinement about four to six weeks after the first treatment. The color can lighten by up to 30 percent as the skin heals. A free touch-up at six to eight weeks is included only for clients who paid for it at the initial visit and must be booked within eight weeks, otherwise an extra fee applies. Some clients need medical clearance first, so the studio asks people to check with their doctor about medications and any recent or upcoming surgery.

Brow tinting should be done at least 48 hours before powder brows, and waxing or tweezing should be avoided for the same window. Brow and lash tints, lip, chin and nose waxing, and brow mapping with waxing are also available. The business describes itself as an early pioneer of professional brow extensions.
