Kim Filion

Kim Filion founded London Brows & Lashes and works as a lash artist while also developing professional lash products. She holds a mathematics degree and an esthetics diploma, and her training includes a volume class in Las Vegas.

She completed a Baltic Brows permanent makeup master class in Lithuania. She also completed advanced training in permanent makeup and corrective cosmetic tattooing, with a certificate for NPM International. Her competition history includes second place in the Neesha Lash Wars 2015 in Las Vegas. She has also served as an extensions judge at an international competition in Australia and has spoken at an international conference on lash extensions.

Product development is central to her work. She tested lash and brow adhesives from around the world and used a hygrometer to study working conditions, and developed the London Brows clear adhesive and humidity-specific adhesives. She continues to see clients alongside this work.
