Each visit starts with a personalized consultation. Treatments are planned around a client's natural features, the condition of their lashes and brows, and the result they want, with a softer, balanced finish rather than a single standard look. Jocelyne is the dedicated esthetician for each guest through the whole appointment, and the space is quiet and private. One client describes it as clean, calming and relaxing.

The lash menu includes a Classic Lash Lift with tint, which includes a keratin lash boost, and a LUXE Korean Lash Lift with tint, which uses a cysteamine-based system. The brow menu centers on a LUXE brow lamination with shaping, and brow style can be chosen by request for combination bookings, with a straight soft or soft arched finish. Combination packages pair a lash lift with a brow lamination, and a LUXE Lift Duo pairs the Korean lash lift with the brow service. Add-ons include lower lash tint, custom brow tint, signature brow shaping and upper plus lower lash tint.

Tints are vegan, plant-based and keratin-infused. A complimentary patch test can be requested before a tint, though it cannot rule out a reaction, and tints are not suitable for clients with a PPD allergy. Hygiene measures include handwashing and sanitizing between clients, fresh bedding for each client, and sanitizing reusable tools after each use. Booking is made through an online scheduler, or by email or text, and a 50% booking fee reserves each appointment.
