The braid and loc menu includes cornrows, two strand twists, passion twists, Fulani and lemonade braids, knotless braids in several sizes, feed-in braids, butterfly locs, starter locs, loc repair, loc maintenance, retwists and kids braids. Hair services cover wash and condition, silk press, color, styling and weaves, with sew-in weaves and box braids priced individually.
Service packages can be bought in bulk and used at any time.
The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM, and is closed on weekends. Clients may bring one extra guest per appointment, unless the guests are their children. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged a late fee, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 30 minutes late. Deposits are not refunded.
Stylists wear disposable gloves, surfaces are disinfected between clients, and there is a handwashing spot on site.
