The menu follows a loc from its earliest stage onward. Starter loc consultations take 30 minutes and cost $20, and the consultation is non-refundable. Starter loc packages are available, and starter locs in comb coils start at $130, with the price depending on length and density. Two-strand starters begin at $215 and up. Children's starter locs are offered for ages 12 and under, priced by consultation. For established locs, wash and retwist appointments start at $110 and take about two hours, with a $250 charge if parts need to be re-established. Wash and retwists with ropes start at $150, and loc maintenance with perm rod curls starts at $165. Retwist and retightening appointments for micro locs are priced by time and new growth, with retightening at $200 for up to eight weeks of growth and $270 for nine or more weeks. Interloc and micro loc installs start at $550 for up to four inches, with an added $50 for each additional inch, and require a $200 deposit.

Add-on and basic services include a deep condition with hot oil for $30, a loc detox that is an apple cider vinegar deep cleanse and wash for $45, and scalp detox and hydration treatments. Basic loc styles such as barrels and braided-to-back start at $20 and take about an hour. A hooded dryer is available during appointments at the Houston salon. Clients can also buy an all-natural loc care line that the salon sells in-house and formulates for new locs.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Prices for wash and retwists and ropes rise if there has been no maintenance in three months or more.

The salon's blog recommends washing starter locs every two to three weeks during the starter phase and having them retwisted by a professional every four to six weeks.
