Retwist appointments are booked for about one hour and thirty minutes. Miracle Knots appointments are booked for four hours. Adult Miracle Knots are listed at $120, and kids' Miracle Knots for clients up to 13 years old are listed at $90 and offered on Sunday mornings only. Hair for Miracle Knots is not included in the service, so clients should plan for that separately.
Booking requires a paid deposit. The listed service prices are the deposit amounts, and the remaining balance is paid in cash or by Zelle. Deposits are non-refundable. A confirmation text is sent once the deposit is paid, and the appointment address follows after the booking is confirmed.
The studio is open Saturdays from 4 PM to 10 PM and Sundays from 1 PM to 7 PM, and is closed Monday through Friday. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period. After that a $20 late fee applies, and appointments are canceled after 30 minutes.
