The menu covers maintenance for adults and for children ages 4 to 13, with and without a style. Maintenance appointments are priced and timed separately, and most require a deposit. Starter locs are offered for children ages 8 to 13 and for adults, with starting prices that depend on the work involved.

Hair Sprinkles are a separate service in which locs are installed with custom adornments. They are priced by the number of locs, which are up to 6 inches each, and any extra length is charged on top of the base price. Add-ons such as a steam treatment, deep conditioner, hot oil treatment and an ACV cleanse can be added during a visit, and a consultation and cut or trim are also available.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged, while late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price after a 15-minute grace period. Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment, and deposits are non-refundable.
