Booking uses a deposit, which is non-refundable and can be paid by PayPal, Zelle or credit card. Card deposits carry a 2% fee. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the end of the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive on time: a $10 late fee applies 10 minutes after the start time, and a 15-minute grace period applies before an appointment is cancelled. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, and changes made 12 hours or less before the appointment carry a 50% service charge.
