It covers box braids in several sizes and lengths, including jumbo and small versions, boho box braids, knotless braids, Senegalese twists, kinky twists, Nubian twists, micro braids and cornrows. Cornrows start at $10 per braid for the big style, a simple style is listed at $60, and a complex style at $130 is quoted after discussion. Most braid and twist prices depend on length and style, with women's services starting at $140 and the longest looks listed at $250. Sew-in weaves and hair extensions are offered alongside the braids and twists.

The salon says its aim is to make each braided look match the style the client has in mind. Appointments can be booked through the website or by calling 914.664.4004. Walk-ins are accepted if the schedule allows, so calling ahead to check availability is recommended. A non-refundable $40 deposit secures each appointment and is deducted from the service total. Appointments can be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance through the confirmation email. A 15-minute grace period applies to appointments, after which a $25 late fee is charged, rising to $50 at 30 or more minutes late. Clients arriving 30 or more minutes late without contacting the salon have their appointment cancelled.

Service balances are preferably paid in cash, and cards and Zelle are accepted. Card payments carry a 4% transaction fee, and a separate $2.50 card fee is charged that is not deducted from the service total. Clients have up to three days to raise any complaint about a service they received. Appointment add-ons, such as shampoo, cleaning and big cornrows, run from $20 to $60.
