Services cover the full loc journey: starter locs at several lengths and for different parts of the head, retwists for free form locs and for established locs, interlocking for clients with 150 locs or fewer and for larger sets, and instant locs. Loc maintenance includes touch ups and crochet maintenance, and dread re-attachments are priced by the number of dreads being worked on.

Booking is done through a deposit. A $25 non-refundable deposit secures an appointment and goes toward the remaining balance. Appointments booked manually rather than online carry a $20 booking fee. After booking, clients send a clear photo of their current hair and a photo of the style they want, so the work can be planned ahead.

Appointment times are set with some flexibility. Before and after hours sessions are available by request, but the business asks clients to contact it before booking to check availability. Traveling appointments are also offered. Services are timed in the listings, and the business notes that some sessions can run long, in which case it will communicate delays and additional charges may apply if a service takes significantly longer than booked.

The studio accepts Zelle, cash and Apple Pay for the remaining balance. Apple Pay payments carry an additional $2.38 fee. Recording or filming while the loctician works is not permitted. Questions can be sent by call or text to 561-914-2879.
