Most of the menu is loc care. Options include full-head and top-of-head retwists, interlocking, crochet, micro-loc retightening, simple and creative styling with a retwist, and loc trims. There is also a loc detox using apple cider vinegar, and repair work covering wicks, reattachment and more extensive repairs.

New clients book a new-client consultation, which takes 25 minutes, costs $50 and can be held virtually or in person. Future services cannot be booked on the same day as a consultation. Clients with breakage or thinning are asked to book an in-person appointment. Consultations are also required before starter loc work, loc color, color correction, instant locs and extensive loc repairs.

Outside loc work, the studio offers cornrows and single braids for natural hair with no added hair, and two-strand twists on loose natural hair. The business notes that two-strand twists are not a loc service. Color is available for locs and for hair, including retouches, color correction, virgin hair color and custom color. Men's and kids' cuts, beard work, scalp treatments, deep conditioning, hot oil treatments, head massage, a deep-cleaning shampoo and a steam facial with hot towels round out the menu.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. House calls start at $150 Tuesday through Thursday and $200 on Friday and Saturday. Out-of-state house calls are listed at $500 plus travel and hotel, must be booked in advance, and require payment in full two weeks before travel. Squeeze-ins and appointments outside regular hours carry extra fees. A $35 no-call, no-show fee applies, and a client must pay it before booking again.

Consultations come first for new clients and for more involved work such as instant locs, color correction and extensive repairs.
