Each visit begins with a consultation, where the loc plan is built around the client's hair type, density and daily routine. Prices for micro locs depend on length, density, texture and installation method, so the exact quote is set at that consultation.

New micro loc clients need a virtual consultation before booking, which stays valid for 30 days, and their hair must be at least 4 inches long all over the head. A $200 deposit holds an installation date, rising to $300 for interlocking. Installation deposits cannot be refunded, but they can move to a new date if the appointment is rescheduled within 7 days of the booked date, and a new installation can be moved only once within the month it was booked. Retie and repair appointments need a fresh deposit to rebook after a cancellation or change.

The full balance is due on the first day of service and is paid by Zelle or cash only. Clients who will be late should call or text; a $20 late fee applies at 15 minutes, and a delay of 20 minutes means the appointment moves to the next opening with deposits forfeited. Squeeze-in visits need a call or text and carry a $50 fee. Because space is limited, guests cannot come along.
