About

Owner Lael Fredericks, a licensed cosmetologist in New York State, leads the salon. Every appointment includes a complimentary wash, a blow-dry, and a treatment chosen for the client's hair needs, and the salon puts hair health first.

Color services need an in-person consultation beforehand: 72 hours ahead for most, and 48 hours for color correction. Double process and virgin single process color require a $50 deposit at booking, and styling is booked separately from color. Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability, and pre-booked clients are served first. Cancellations made 24 hours or more ahead carry no fee, and late arrivals have a 20-minute grace period.

Healthy hair comes first, with services aimed at keeping curls, coils and locs in good condition and supporting protective styles over time.
