It covers root retouches, partial and full highlights, balayage, foil spotlights, teasy lights with lowlights, toner and glaze, all-over color, and vivids with all-over bleach. Prices are listed as starting points, and corrective color is quoted according to what the hair needs.

Extensions begin with a consultation, which is listed at no charge and takes about 30 minutes. Pricing is set after that consultation, based on each guest's hair needs, and the studio buys hair from clients at that visit.

Three monthly blowout packages are offered. The Rhinestone package is $100 a month for two blowouts, the Saddle Up package is $150 a month for four, and the Rodeo Queen package is $200 a month for six. Members receive 10% off Lanza or Kenra products, a birthday bonus and a yearly birthday gift. Saddle Up members get 10% off color services and Rodeo Queen members get 15% off.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Mondays and Sundays. Bookings require a valid card on file, and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Shorter notice is charged 50% of the service, same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full total, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Deposits may be required for some appointments and are non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The studio aims for each guest to leave feeling happy and confident about how they look.
