The menu centers on starter locs and simple retwists, which include a wash and conditioning. Detox treatments can be added to a wash. Weave styles are also offered, and clients can reach out or book online. Loc extensions are not offered.

New clients start with a consultation appointment to talk through the services they need. Children are welcome, but they need to be able to sit in the chair without interruptions. Clients who want to know their loc count can have a section of hair counted or ask the loctician to count at the appointment.

Appointments must be confirmed or cancelled 24 hours ahead, and clients are asked to arrive on time or 5 to 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may face a late fee, a shortened basic service or rescheduling. Changes requested online can be sent by text or social media, and extra services generally cannot be added during the booked time. Sunday bookings carry a $100 fee or are treated as closed-day appointments. A slide-in fee of $50 applies, and clients can text to ask about one. Same-day cancellations are charged 50%, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled total. Prices may rise if repairs or unbooked work turn out to be needed. Payment is by cash, card through tap to pay, or Zelle; Cash App and Apple Pay are not accepted. Same-day squeeze-ins are requested by text, and times not shown online go through the contact form.
