New clients starting locs or repairing existing ones book a consultation first. It covers which method suits the hair, whether a starter loc, crochet, repair or free-form transition, along with pricing and scheduling. Consultations are $45 with a $20 deposit and can be done in person or virtually. The consultation listing also notes a $15 maternity leave fee.

Retwists include a clarifying loc wash, a steam treatment and a retwist that tightens each loc at the root. Prices rise with length: above shoulder is $90 with a $20 deposit, shoulder length $110 (listed at about 1 hour 30 minutes), mid-back $130 (about 2 hours) and past mid-back $150 (about 1 hour 30 minutes). Dryer time of 45 to 60 minutes is not included in those times. Matting adds a $25 fee, and retwists of more than 120 locs add a $50 fee and 30 to 40 minutes. Crochet and retwist maintenance, which crochets loose hair back into the loc before retwisting, is $150 per hour and averages about 3 hours. Interlocking maintenance starts at $175 for 2 hours, plus $50 per additional half hour, and includes a three-step shampoo and steam; a 6 to 9 week rotation is recommended.

Treatments without a retwist suit mature, fragile or thinning locs. The Loc Shampoo and Hydration Treatment ($65, about 45 minutes) includes a three-step shampoo, deep conditioning, hot oil and steam. The Triple Threat ($100) combines a loc detox, wash and hydration treatment with herbal hot oil and steam, in a 1 hour 15 minute slot; a $25 Intense Detox Fee applies if it runs longer. Gift certificates come in $25 and $100 amounts, can be digital or physical, can be personalized, and are redeemable online or in the salon toward maintenance, treatments, styling or other eligible services.

Annual Packages are memberships with 12 retwists a year, signature washes and steam treatments at a locked-in rate. Packages are $864 for above shoulder, $1056 for shoulder length, $1248 for mid-back and $1440 for past mid-back, with the business listing savings of $216, $264, $312 and $360 respectively. A deposit equal to the full package price is required. Members get flexible booking windows and priority appointment times, and may receive discounts on other services. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the balance at completion, and can be transferred once to a rescheduled visit. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which a $20 late fee may be charged or the visit canceled. Additional guests are not permitted, except that parents or guardians may accompany a minor receiving a service.
